Thoughts/Improvments on a small file server build

Looking in to replacing/upgrading my current server (specs at the bottom). The server currently hosts our 25 employees data files currently around 1TB. The server is also used for:
Active Directory
DNS
DHCP
File and printer sharing
antivirus
quickbooks

I was thinking about using raid 1 for the OS and programs then use raid 10 for the data files.

Solution
MEM - No need for DDR3-1866 memory for a file server. Go with something cheaper (if there is anything) that is DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1600. Note that officially only DDR3-1333 is supported with the E5-2640.
CPU - If the E5-2630 is available, go with it. The only difference is the clock speed at 2.3GHz instead of 2.5Ghz.
CHASSIS - Dual / redundant power supplies is almost a must. ...says "Single".

...the rest is a business decision you will have to make. RAID1 for the OS and RAID 10 for the data files will be perfectly fine.

Thanks. The ram was the same price for both the 1333 and 1866. Should i change it to 1333 or 1600 instead of the 1866?
I'm going to add the dual power supplies
