Thoughts On Bitfenix Prodigy

I have been thinking about going with a full tower case for a long time now, but I have recently become extremely interested in mini-Itx, specifically the Bitfenix Prodigy. I was hoping to replace the stock fans with AF120's and possibly add one more. (Not using optical drive, downloading Win7 from USB.)
Rest of parts:
i7 4770k
EVGA GTX 780 [Should fit if I take out top drive slide]
(Can someone recommend a good CPU cooler that would fit. Was originally thinking Noctua NH-D14 for the full tower build, but I'm pretty sure it won't fit in Prodigy.)
Either Corsair Vengeance Pro or G.Skill Trident X RAM (Both 2133Mhz and both 2x8GB)
Corsair AX760 PSU
WD Black 2TB + Samsung 840 Pro 128GB

You can fit the Noctua NH-D14 in there. You sure picked some expensive components though. Going all out on this and cramming them in a tiny case. 😛

@AC_Tech: Take a look at the case. The way that the case is laid out, I highly doubt those cables at the bottom of the case will affect airflow going straight through the motherboard.

I love ITX and small cases.
The bitfenix prodigy is actually a relatively large ITX case. 9.84" x 15.91" x 14.13"
It is the same size as some M-ATX cases like the Silverstone TJ-08E.

The cm Elite 120 is 9.4" x 8.2" x 15.8"
