[SOLVED] Thoughts on budget gaming pc?

A320 is never recommended imo for Ryzen as every Ryzen chip can be overclocked!
If I need to cut anything I can and still do decent gaming:

3000 ram will be crucial for Ryzen and Vega to shine.

3200 is not much better than 3000, so I will get 3000 instead for the price point.

That will certainly work- however you'll get much better performance out of a dedicated graphics card. The Vega onboard graphics are no slouch, and will certainly do fine, but almost any card will do better if you have space in your budget for it.

I'd also consider adding a small SSD- it's not essential (I'd get a graphics card first if you have to choose one or the other) but it will certainly make your life much easier.
