Will these parts I have chosen work togethor and be able to play all games onmax settings? Are there any things that do what I want for cheaper?

Great build, yes it'd allow max settings for any games, no incompatibilites. Consider including a SSD for faster overall performance, you can drop CPU to i5 4690k if gaming is the main purpose, its more than fine for any game, i7 has little to no advantage over i5 in gaming.
