I've recently started building PCs for various needs for other people, reusing parts and occasionally buying new things for them.
I am wanting to build one for personal use (Gaming, YouTube, editing/rendering videos.)

I'm on a budget of under 300.
If there is a case for cheaper that looks better than the one listed, please tell me. It's mainly a placeholder as of now.
I'm planning on playing TF2, CSGO, BF3/4, etc at really any settings.
If this build is able to run GTA V, I would be happy with it entirely, as this will be my most powerful PC yet. My current PC has 2GBs of RAM, and a Pentium 4, so that should basically show how much I'm in need for an upgrade.
I have extra hard drives and DVD drives, so I won't need to include those on the shopping list.
I will not be overclocking at all.
