Nice build, maybe scale down the memory a bit, it's quite high. It might also save you some money.

Very nice parts all around except for the mismatched CPU. You have a good overclocking motherboard, and are pairing it with a weaker non-oc CPU. To get the performance you are paying for in that z board i'd suggest the i5 4690k, a good aftermarket cpu cooler and a matching OC. If you don't want to OC, ever, then go with the original i5 choice and pair it with an H board instead. Performance will be the same on both boards withthe locked CPU, but the H board will be cheaper.

The CPU you have chosen only supports memory up to 1866 so you should get 1866 ram or 1600 but other than that you have solid build
