Very nice parts all around except for the mismatched CPU. You have a good overclocking motherboard, and are pairing it with a weaker non-oc CPU. To get the performance you are paying for in that z board i'd suggest the i5 4690k, a good aftermarket cpu cooler and a matching OC. If you don't want to OC, ever, then go with the original i5 choice and pair it with an H board instead. Performance will be the same on both boards withthe locked CPU, but the H board will be cheaper.
