This pc is for my mother. She needed a desktop and figured I would build her one for mother’s day. I opted for the ryzen 5 2400g over a ryzen 1200 and an rx 560. I checked the motherboard and reviews say it’s ready for the new amd apus out of the box.

If your mother doesn't have big storage requirements, put in a SSD instead of the HDD. It will boot up a lot faster and be more use responsive.

Definitely makes sense. I’ll look into that. She was going to use this for things such as word documents so maybe an ssd wouldn’t be a bad idea. Plus I could always add an hdd if needed.
