My current desktop is going on 11 years of service. I am looking to build a new one and I want it to be good for a longer period. I will be using it for gaming: Baldur’s Gate 3, madden, cyberpunk 2077, mechwarrior, Guild Wars 2, etc.

Other uses: 3D Printing software, CAD, office work, etc

A few changes to consider.

750W psu is fine for that build ... that and Thermaltake psu's aren't all that great. Your choice of RAM is meant for an AM5 build ... look for Intel XMP RAM. There's cases at the same price point as the one you've chose that are better quality with excellent airflow. Last point is there's better quality gpu's than Galax.

Maybe something like this.

A better look at those components.

I don't see any major problems related to compatibility.

It's not exactly what I'd buy to go with a 13700F, but a lot of that is just personal preference.

I'd at least consider a non-F to get the integrated video.

Do you have some particular attraction to liquid cooling?

No particular preference to liquid cooling.

I am trying to get all/most components through 1 place to get financing on it. Do not have $2000 just sitting around (mortgage, new roof, some medical debts) and my old comp is starting to slowly die.

OK......sounds like you want to buy set of parts and use them for a long time without much upgrading along the way.

Not sure what parts are available to you, but I'd lean toward:

13700 or 13700K CPU; both have integrated video

DDR 5 RAM kit of 2 sticks; 16 per stick; 32 total; 5600 or 6000 speed; maybe CL 36; such as G Skill Ripjaws

Mid-level MSI or Gigabyte ATX board that has all the features you might need over the next few years...M.2 ports, USB ports, etc. No need to be extravagant.

Air cooler; any of several single or dual tower that will fit your case; Noctua, Deep Cool; Thermalright Peerless Assassin; some include thermal paste.

Drives; nothing wrong with the Samsung; WD and Crucial are OK if priced better; you might consider small NVMe for OS and larger 2.5 inch for storage.

Case; I'd take some care to confirm good airflow front to rear and that its wide enough to accept the air cooler of your choice.

But you're on the right track with what you've proposed above.

My thoughts:

I5-13700 is a fine processor.
Bypass the $25 savings on the F suffix version.
Having integrated graphics can be a life saver if you ever have a graphics card problem.
As a plus, you get quick sync:

Noctua maintains a list of their suitable air coolers.
Because the 13700 can not be overclocked, the cooling requirements are not great.
A simple Noctua NH-D12s would be sufficient.
All noctua coolers come with a tube of very good paste.
Do not expect an aio cooler to last another 11 years.
The mechanical pump will fail or get debris. The tubes will admit air requiring replacement.
Consider an aio as a 5 year rental after which you will likely need a replacement.

850w is good, but Thermaltake psu's can vary in quality.
Check the model number details.
For the long term, look for a psu with a 10 year warranty.
It is not clear if the one you selected is one of the good ones or not.
Alternatives would be Corsair RMx or Seasonic focus/prime.

If you want RGB "bling" the case you selected is ok.
It has 160mm cooler headroom which is enough for most good air coolers. NH-D15 excepted. NH-D15s is ok.
cases are a personal choice.

The 13700k is cheaper than the non k at the moment, parts from newegg and amazon:
