So i had to pick this parts for a good office pc with 2 monitors, any thoughts on it? And what would u rate it on a scale from 1 to 10? Keep in mind as i said it's for a office and i was on a 550/600 euros budget for the pc itself (without monitors).
CPU: Intel i3-14100
Motherboard: MSI PRO H610M-G
NVME: WD Black SN770 250GB
HDD: 1TB WD Blue or something similar.
Cooler for CPU: DeepCool AK400 ZERO DARK PLUS
Case: DeepCool Matrex 50
PSU: Corsair CX Series CX550
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 DDR4 3200 Mhz

I would probably skip the hard drive entirely in favor of a larger SSD.

No real need for an aftermarket CPU cooler, the included cooler is plenty for an i3.

Case is a little flashy for an office PC, but it is fairly cheap.

Power supply is not ideal, but since it is a very light load, acceptable.

First things I notice:

I think the i3-14100 includes the Intel Laminar RM1 cooler. Do you have a particular reason to need something more than that on an office PC?

Why do you need an HDD at all? You might have a good reason, just wondering.

Some might say you should go with a larger capacity SSD since the price differential is relatively small. But we don't know the details of your storage requirements.

You might get frowning about that Corsair CX power supply, but I haven't kept up with recent versions.

So i went with both nvme and hdd because buying a 1tb nvme would cost me the same price as buying both, and tbh i didn't know the stock cooler for the cpu was good, i always assume they are not that good and buy another one.
For the PSU i went with that cause i have a corsair PSU and it runs perfect, so i assumed it was good enough, and i went with that wattage in case the guy wants to upgrade or add a gpu later on

The case i think it's fine as i said he might want to buy a gpu later on so it's also for space, plus it's a mid tower so it won't take much space

About the HDD, like i did on my gaming pc i have a 1TB NVME with OS installed and a 2TB HDD so i have plenty of space and the OS boots and runs really fast thanks to the NVME so i was thinking of doing somethin similar

I would delete the 1 TB HDD and get an ordinary 1 TB SATA SSD if I really wanted to use 2 drives......even if budget forced me to get rid of the AK 400 cooler.

I might even skip NVMe entirely and just use a 2.5 inch SATA drive for the OS....if forced by budget. Might be able to get higher capacity for the same price if you used SATA.

My boot drive is a 500 GB WD SN770 NVMe. I previously used a Crucial MX100 SATA 2.5 inch SSD. Can't tell the difference.

Use any saved money on upgrades to power supply...or maybe even CPU.

If a laptop would be okay it would cost less, would gain an i5, have more RAM, and a larger SSD:

https://store.chuwi.com/products/corebook-x-i5-1235u

The catch is limited USB sockets and not the best battery life. There`s a socket cover underneath to remove and stick a M.2. into to for 1TB. Linux Tips recently reviewed this laptop on YouTube.

My thoughts:
14100 is excellent for an office pc.
It comes with an excellent laminar flow stock cooler.
At the very least try it first.

Hard drives are slow.
Use the funds you save on the cooler to buy a 1tb ssd.
If you run out of drive space buy another ssd.
A ssd is what makes desktop work quick.
It matters little if it is sata or pcie or if it is m.2 or 2.5"
You will not notice any performance difference.
Since the price for 1tb is not much different, I would pick m.2. just because it is simpler to install.
Quality counts, look for samsung 990 evo or intel 670P.
Pay for quality.

I think the case is a bit "blingy" for an office pc.
Buy something simpler and cheaper.
For example a fractal design focus G. It comes in different colors:

H610 chipset motherboards tend to be the very cheapest.
It is ok. If you need wifi, I might look for something different.
DDR4 is fine as is your ram kit.
The motherboard has one hdmi and one dp port.
Are your selected monitors ok with that?

Corsair is fair budget quality. CX550 is ok.

The reason i din't pick a laptop is the guy wants 2 monitors and already have a laptop so another one would be useless, he wantsa desktop pc

I went with both a nvme and hdd, because combined have more memory rather then a single 1TB ssd or nvme that would cost as u said roughly the same. And the guy needs the memory just to save files not much else, so a good HDD would be fine i think, i mean i run games on mine and they go pretty fast, but i'll check what's available. As i said i picked the cooler cause i assumed stock coolers are bad by default, plus i think i read somewhere that new gen CPUs run a lot hotter then previous gen, obvs i'm not sure about that but if u say it's a good cooler i'll save on that and use the stock one.
The monitors run fine with both ports and resolution, the case i pay it less then the fractal u linked and with the saved money i could even buy a few fans if there is need

There's no real benefit going with an i3 14100, vs an i3 12100. Get the cheaper CPU, and use the savings elsewhere, like maybe a better motherboard. Even in an office PC, I wouldn't want any H610 board.
Sure i could buy that, instead of the 14100, there is still time before i buy everything so i could change stuff, but around 600 is still my budget at best i could go over by 20-30 top
