Question Thoughts on this motherboard?

I was gonna go with the MSI Z370 A-PRO and an i7 8700(non k) but then i found this Gigabyte B360M D3H (rev. 1.0) : https://www.gigabyte.com/in/Motherboard/B360M-D3H-rev-10#kf
It has a VRM heatsink but is it enough to handle the i7 and not throttle? In addition to that this motherboard has dual bios. Power outage is a thing where i live and components are darn expensive. I don't mind the lower Ram speed in B360. Of course i'm waiting til computex just in case.

Where are you located? Since you're working with a non K suffix processor, you're good to go with the B360 chipset.

Yeah i can find one but the the problem is they are priced as much as the entry level Z370 or expensive than them that's how I got to the point of considering MSI z370 a-pro. I was all set but the dual bios in gigabyte B360 D3H is triggering me 😂
