Assuming its going to boot really fast? How many seconds to boot?

yes they will.
if you can get a set of RAM not a single stick the ryzen will thank you, look for 3000Mhz too. which bronze level PSU? some are absolute crap.
boot times depend on the mobo maker. after the system POSTS it should not take more than half a minute till your there, possibly shorter.
