I don't seem to be able to find that many reviews of this software online but the very few that I did find seemed to share a positive experience. However, due to lack of reviews I'm hesitant on going forward with this product so I was wondering if anyone else had any experiences with Veeam Agent.

Hi Furry.
Long time since you asked the question - I can provide an answer.

I have used Veeam Agent for Microsoft for 2 years. My company where I work, use it on all our Laptop computers in Europe to manage backup of the local individual PC´s.

We have installed Veeam Agent for Windows on the Laptops and equipped everybody with an external USB Harddrive.
When I plug in the USB Harddrive to the Laptop the backup program automatically starts - perform a backup and that´s it.
No user interaction needed - easy for everybody and all level of users.

The software keeps track of backup versions - works actually like the Apple Timemachine principle.
You can restore a document in different versions or a total computer.

I have also installed it...

I have also installed it at home for my two boys computers - and bi-weekly plug -in an USB Harddrive and make a backup of their computer - you know how kids can mess up a PC. 🙂

It works perfect.

I chose the manual solution for my kids - but you can also choose to configure the Veeam client to make a backup on a local NAS if you have one - and automatically perform scheduled backup via your local network.

On my MacBook Pro I use Time Machine - Veeam Agent works as easy on the Windows platform.

So best recommendations from me on the Veeam Agent for WIndows.

Best
