Thoughts on xeon 1231v3 mobos?

So I have been searching around for motherboards for this cpu since Im about to buy it this month and most of my results came up to be the Asrock pro4 h97 / h97m and I don't know if there is any difference in this motherboards other than the size.

Also are any of this 2 motherboards good for the xeon 1231v3?

Since this will be my first time ordering a motherboard, how big are the chances of it dying on arival?

Go with the Pro4, it will give you more connection options.
