Thread Still Not Approved?

So I made a thread asking a question in the Windows 10 Software forum back in April 2, 2020, and I never got an answer. It wasn't until about a month and a half ago that I saw that the thread had the tag " Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly.". So I decided to send a message directly to support about this about a month ago. I still haven't heard anything back from support and my thread still isn't displayed publicly. What's going on with that?
