The two things that stand out are the CPU and PSU. The software your going to be using would love more ram but that can always be added later and it looks like your doing a budget build.

CPU: If you can go quad, phoitoshop and editing software will love you for it. This will obviously jump up your pricing.

PSU: The B1 series were not well made units. For roughly the same price I'd look at
