Threadripper 1920x and memory

1)Threadripper 1920x works with unbuffered types of memory ONLY ? most mobos out there now support only that ...correct me if wrong ....
2)what is the best and fastest memory i can get eg.. how many dimms in what cofuguratioon ....etc
for 32GB that i want for the build with not oc the memory dimms oc is not my thing....at least oc the mobo if easy....Thanx in advance

wel i'm way too noob to know what to look for i hope to get the one that will plug and play and be (quad and xmp)* and total compatible with theradripper i'm not to overclocking and all that.....🙁

So look on the approved list for your mobo.

well no still mobo of x399 type in my country yet but i think i go with msi carbon or the rog zenith.......when available
