Three sticks (2*4Gb + 8Gb) vs two sticks (2*8Gb) - which is faster and better?

Hello!
The question is that now I have 3 sticks of RAM installed in the following configuration - 2*4Gb + 8Gb. They all have the same timings and frequency. 4Gb sticks are installed in dual-channel slots. Is there any sense to replace 2*4Gb sticks with one 8Gb stick to gain "pure" dual-channel mode?

1| You should always install two identical sticks of ram or more rather a kit when you're looking at a memory upgrade.

2| You forgot to mention the make/model of your sticks of ram and ofc the make and model of your motherboard. In fact you should be passing on your full system's specs in order for us to gauge if you're even making any progress with either sticks of ram.

3| Logically you should only have two identical sticks of ram when upgrading and from your post it reads out that you have access to 4 ram slots so you either have 2xY sticks of ram or 2xY sticks of ram to avail dual channel.

My specs:
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45
RAM 1: Kingston DDR3-1600 KVR16N11S8/4 4Gb
RAM 2: Crucial Micron DDR3-1600 CT51264BA160BJ 4Gb
RAM 3: G.Skill DDR3-1600 F3-1600C11S-8GNT 8Gb

Would it be better to replace RAM1 and RAM2 with just another G.Skill F3-1600C11S-8GNT?
I mean would it bring some performance improvement for the cost of this stick which is around 60$?
