ThunderboltEX 3 compatible with Asus P7P55D-LE?

Folks,

Does anyone know if this thunderbolt card is compatible this mobo?
Thunderbolt interface is PCI Express 3.0 x4 and mobo has PCI-E 2.0 X1 so I'm not sure these two will play along. Can anyone confirm is they are or not compatible. Thanks

No as the motherboard itself need to support the Thunderbolt 3 protocols which yours does not.
