So I recently bought two brand new 144hz monitors of the same model. I was so happy that I got new monitors because I had bugs stuck under my old monitors, so I was finally rid of those bastards. Only two weeks into owning these beautiful brand new monitors, two of those <Mod Edit> thunderflies got inside the monitor and decided to die, now they're stuck.

I've tried everything... suction cup, didnt work. Vibrations, didnt work. Tapping, didn't work. I even tried to disassemble the monitor, but already when trying to get the plastic back cover off, I broke some of the plastic, and now I assume my warranty is voided..... I cannot find any disassemble guides for this specific monitor, so I really have no clue how the hell to pick it apart. Are there any other methods you have found to get rid of those bugs? I have the following monitor

First undertake an extermination program to insure that bugs do not enter your remaining good monitor.

Try contacting Acer support.
They can probably direct you to the hardware maintenance document for the monitor.
They might even offer to fix or exchange the monitor if you can make the case that the design should not allow insects to enter.

I bought the monitor not of Acer, but off another computer store. Should I still contact Acer, or should I contact the place where I bought it from? Don't you think they'll notice the plastic I accidentally broke while trying to pick apart the monitor? Or should I make up an excuse for that aswell
