Before I get started I'd like to get this out of the way. I know it is very difficult to build a pc for 400 dollars, and no I cannot stretch the budget. Anyway, here's the deal. I've been trying to come up with a gaming pc build for my friend that is functional, and can run all of the new gen games at an absolute minimum of 30 fps on the lowest possible settings. Normally, this would be possible. However, what makes me not so sure is the fact that he also needs a monitor included. So in the end, I guess his budget for the pc itself is around 300. (Again, I know this is tough, that's why I came here. You guys know pretty much everything when it comes to computers. xD) I'm going to make a list of things he would like to get out of his computer, and things he needs in the build.
1. Wireless internet.
2. A monitor.
3. All parts.
4. He would like it to run next gen games at at least 30 fps on low settings.
5. He wants to do some minor video editing/recording. (Using Sony Vegas Platinum, and Fraps.)
6. He would also like to stream to twitch at a decent quality.
I'd like to recap and apologize for any typos or instances where I worded things poorly, I kind of whipped this up in a hurry. He needs a decent pc that can run next gen games at around 30 fps. He wants to do some video editing and streaming, and needs all of the parts including a monitor and wireless internet for at or under 400 dollars. (Ps. He would like to have around 4 usb ports, but he says it isn't a necessity. He could get a usb hub at walmart for cheap.) Thanks in advance for the replies. Any input is helpful.
