What Registry key do I access to disable limited users from changing time/date on an XP machine? Thanks!

Thanks, but this was a little more complicated than I need. I just made the user account "Limited Access" and that prevents changing time/date from task bar.
I will definitely review your suggestion if things go haywire with this fix.
