Question time for a new monitor?

As you can see in the picture there's a weird scribbly looking line and a few lines to the right of that at the bottom left corner of my monitor...they are there for anything I load...any idea on what it may be...or should I just start looking for a new monitor? Will suck if it's time for a new monitor...it's only 18-24 months old...my other 1080p monitor has been running strong for at least eight years now...

What sort of warranty do you have on it?

if you have a warranty on your monitor then try to get it repaired and if they cant fix it try buying a new screen and puting it in there
not sure if this is a solution but this is all the help i can give you
