Hi, i got a very frustrating problem, i'm losing connection in every game every 5 minutes for some 2 seconds and i had to reconnect back to the server to play again. My internet is pretty good it has like 3ms and 100mbps speed, i wanted to change my router but i can't, because my ISP has some "nano-tech" technology that has some extra cables under the router and this is stopping me to change my router. Well... i tried somehow to get an another router and connect it with a ethernet cable to the principal router that i have, aaaand..the problem is not fixed, it does the same thing. Guys, come with some suggestions that will help me, i have this problem for about 2 years and it's frustrating.

And also my motherboard is an Asus PQ5-PRO with an 750watt PSU. OS is Windows 10 pro x64. The router is an ZTE F660.

I'll love it if some of the suggestions will work.

Thanks.

Browsing and even streaming video from something like youtube will show no issues when games will.

Games do not tolerate any packet loss or jitter other applications can hide these short delays.

Your speedtest shows no jitter so it that is really true then the problem is not the network. The issue is speed test only runs for a small period of time and if your problem only happens intermittently then it won't show it.

The only way you are going to find actual network problems is to run some for of continuous monitoring. The simplest is constant ping commands. People with more network knowledge can see if games are telling lies sometime with programs like wireshark.

The most common cause of what you describe is outage in the...
Does this disconnect happen while your browsing ? (pauses then give you the page you asked when changing pages etc.)
Are you connecting to your router with a cable? or WIFI ?

Can you to tell us more about your "internet provider" as in name of comp, location
Can you run a speedtest report at https://www.megapath.com/speedtestplus/ and report the ping, jitter, download and upload speeds please.

You need to be very sure it is your router causing it.

First step is to open 2 cmd windows and leave a constant ping run to your router ip and to something like 8.8.8.8. If it is your router or something in your house you would see loss to both the router and the 8.8.8.8 at the same time. If you see only loss to 8.8.8.8 but not your router then it is farther into the network and you would have to do more to find it. Run tracert and then ping the first ISP router to see if the problem is in the connection to your house.

Sorry for the delay that i didn't respond yasterday, but i don't have problems while browsing with the internet, it only happens while gaming on multiplayer servers. Oh, yeah, and i'm connected with an ethernet cable to the router.

Here's the printscreen (http://prntscr.com/kmdk59) from here where i stay and to Atlanta. My internet providers name is Moldtelecom, from Republic of Moldova (Europe).

Oh thanks, it's a cable.

The most common cause of what you describe is outage in the ISP network. The ISP though will blame your router and your PC so you must be ready for that with the proof that you get no packet loss or problems to your router but only see it past your equipment.
