[SOLVED] Tiny mouse stutters when spinning mouse in circle (240hz)

Hello guys, I have a 240 hz monitor and when I spin my mouse around on the desktop I see several pointers in a trail, which is fine, however I also notice like 3 or so jumps between the trail all throughout the circle. Is there a way to fix this? I have a 1000 hz polling rate mouse.

Have you seen any problems with the mouse in actual applications? Or is is just something you noticed while just messing around? It's more than likely just a framerate artifact, I doubt it has any real-world impact.
