Apparently my new TV (an LG65UN7310PSC) has a mode for HDR, cool. Even games look good on it. I only had this for a few months, so anything related to it is news to me.
Recently I started perceiving white specks dotting the screen from time to time, only when the screen has black elements on it (or maybe they're always there and I only see them in black due to the contrast).
The first time I remember was last week when I got out from a game (screen got shut off to enable/disable HDR) ALT+TABbing and when I returned I saw the specks on a black dialog box.
Now, though, I see those all the time when anything black is on the screen.
I got two videos, but it's hard to see the specks. Here, take a look:

When HDR mode is disable, there is no sign of them.
I read somewhere it could be also the HDMI cable, but I'm unsure.
My specs are in the signature, just in case. Also, I have dual monitors, maybe this might be relevant.
