Tips for Buying Gaming PC

Hello!
I was wondering if I could get any tips, what to look for, pros/cons, etc, on buying a good gaming PC.
I've looked at Cyberpower and Alienware, but I'd like to know of any other smaller brands that work just as well. I've also looked at many lists of specs, and I'd like more personal opinions on them. I'm hoping for High or Ultimate graphics that can play games like Skyrim, Fallout, and Witcher beautifully.
I'm pretty new at this and I'd appreciate any help! Thank you!

I second building your own but that second one looks pretty good.

That 2nd one when it comes out would be a pretty good system, spec wise.

The eternal problem with all prebuilts is they always cut corners on basically the most important part of the computer, the PSU. (if a CPU is the brain, the PSU is the blood, if your blood is bad, you're gonna have a bad time)

$1500 or less, but I can go up to $2000.

I'm not going to choose peripherals for you because that's your choice on how that item feels. You can change the case and get rid of the case fans. You can wait for the RX 480 or wait until other GTX 1070/80 come out.
