Titanfall framerate issues

So i'm having 25 FPS on Titanfall on my laptop, here is my system:
Intel Core i3-2370M
AMD Radeon HD 7610M
6GB of RAM
My native resolution is 1600x900 but i play on 1280x720
I have put all the settings to low but i still get 20-30 FPS.I tested my computer on canyourunit.com and the website said my computer was FAST for the minimum requirements, so i really don't know what's going on.

You have a rather low end laptop. Titanfall is a AAA title. No matter what that site says, your hardware will not run games such as Titanfall well, and in some cases, if at all.
