TL-WPA4220KIT - Powerline Adapter - Can't Get an IP Address

Hello:

I have a TL-WPA4220KIT, which is a TP Link Powerline Adapater. Everything worked fine for the last 3 years or so. Until one day, it didn't. Now they say "Ethernet adapter can't get an IP address"

THis is the case both wirelessly and plugged in. As well, I have two of the adapters and the issue is the same with both.

Furthermore, I have two internet connections running into my home (DSL, Bell, Bell Home Hub 1000 for both) and this issue applies to both units.

I have tried everything that I can think of and those suggested by the TP Link website, but nothing works...

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like a direct problem with your ISP rather than the powerline itself.
Can you still use wireless etc?
Turn off one connection and unplug it, then try to use the other, could be related to interference.

I have tried plugging, unpluggin, resetting. I have no issue connecting to the internet via wifi through the router/modem. The issue is only via the powerline adapters.
