to upgrade or not to upgrade

Guys,
today is july 11. Windows 10 release on july 29.
So the question is can i download the tech preview hoping for a stable build.

and some comments pls if you have used the tech preview

I've used Win10 Tech Preview in an Oracle Virtual Box (free) Virtual Machine so I could take a look at and test the OS. It has been very stable. At this point I'd wait to July 29 to actually install it over Windows 7 or 8.n

thank you JQB45 for letting me know it is stable. i was really looking forward to the download. i know it makes sense to wait but as a enthusiast i am going to download.
