to use your laptop's original charger than to use a generic universal font?

Are universal charger bad to use? Does it have to be all original to not give errors? how to know the right voltage of notebook power supply, use the right power supply. they say that generic laptop power supply burns the laptop and fails. if the charger burns, is it better to buy another original and new one?

I'd advise on getting genuine adapters to power your laptop. Universal chargers will mean you need to know how much power needs to be fed to the laptop, as opposed to leaving the work on teh adapter itself. There's also the matter of bespoke connectors for each laptop maker.
