hi

i read here :

http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=3220&graphics=Intel%20HD%20Graphics%20530%20Desktop

that the integrated graphics on my cpu is not that weak and that it can run some games , my question is , i don' t really know how it works if it's just the cpu or the motherboard matters too ; i have an i5 6600K on a gigabyte gaming 3 z170x mainboard , i tried enabling the onboard graphics (intel hd 530) but it seems to be really weak i can't really play games like advanced warfare or black ops 3 with it ,

in advanced warfare it shows my dedicated graphics memory at 128 mb's , but still i see on youtube or elsewhere people playing demanding games like the GTA V with it , so it my motherboard that is somehow bottlenecking the processor's integrated graphics or is it something else i need to do ?
i 've already tried tweaking some BIOS features like setting the vram to max and so forth but to no avail

i ask this question cause i've got an old r9 270x gpu and it's really starting to bother me in new games and i currently don't posses enough money to get a decent dedicated gpu 🙁

can you help me with this please ?

thanks in advance

It should work, there are even ways using overclock utilities to overclock it. I'm not sure what the issue is but why bother if you have an R9 270X to use, it will blow it away in performance.
