tom clancy ghost recon error

after installing tom clancy future soldier
when i start it through exe it gives the error given below

ubisoft game launcher:error code 2

and when i try it to play through launcher it gives the error given below

System error:The system cannot find the file specified.
(2)
CreateProcess failed.

I am usin Win 7 ultimate 32 bit activated
and i installled both patches and still that error
please HELP

Pause your antivirus for half hour and stop real time protection on windows defender. Then uninstall Ghost Recon, then install it again. It should work fine.
