Nah, you can use the two spare knobs for dimming lights in the meantime if you are so inclined,
mine looks nothing like they made it lol and has never seen a drivebay 😛
**Edit, well-placed, I mean like grab a couple of leds the colour you want, a load of wire and have little 'spotlights' at specific spots, maybe highlight a sb heatsink or between gfx cards, tasteful stuff

just in from nightshift but short version:
Black paint interior,
remove lower drive cage, adaptors for the 5.25 bay to fit it there or make brackets if you can yourself to fit the hdd's
some drilling behind the mobo tray, inside the boundary of the mobo to facilitate cable hiding
are you keeping the red fan? if so then red themed cathodes may be an option, and as mentioned earlier (are you stalking me?) spotlight leds can draw attention either to something, or away from it, both are handy
I'll get back later with some more ideas though after some sleep,
*Edit 1. another black sata lead, that red ones looking lonely 😛
or all red if thats the colour scheme?

Bit of black tape would've covered the Sli bridge up nicely but you've got one coming so no probs
pull those optical drive cables a little tighter, tuck the excess between the two connectors down the side of the cage and you can have an award as well

noted! gonna go blue on the cables. so i will replace the red sata with a black one to match the others. i would like to get some extensions in blue for the front bus panel. gonna change out all fans to blue led, add a hyper 212 plus push/pull, drill them holes and paint er up. wonder flat black or metal flake blue?
any and all cable management tips will be appreciated (MOTO). some really nice stuff on here. thanks again all!!

Hyper 212 probably doesn't really need the push/pull, it does a pretty good job with just one fan. Just my $.02.

Even tucking the cables behind the rear tray would help tidy it up,
I like the Red though, maybe spray/paint the grommets,optic retainers and pcie slotcovers white as well though to balance it out a bit
