Thats why i have chosen the 6900K, has 95% performance of a 8 core skylake-x(7820X), has 40 lanes and can drive my 2 gtx 1080 in sli (i got a boost of 60% in witcher 3 from 8x/8x to 16x/16x at 1080p) and it is soldered. Until yesterday i had a ryzen 7 1700X but my videocards were hold back by the bandwidth, only 8x for each card adn i was thinking whta to buy, 7900X or 6900K, i got the 6900K afterall, there are minor performance difference but much more stable adn temp friendly.
I hate the road intel is going.
