Why can't Tom's make all competitions international? Winners can opt to pay duty and VAT if applicable. All the goods are available in Asia, Europe and the Americas, so why not simply arrange with the manufacturer(s) to supply the goods directly to the winning person from within whichever country is their residence?

You mean how vulnerable IE11 will make the Windows OS to damaging malware attacks? It will win hands down, of course.

I'm with Marcus on this one. Thank you for explaining why the restriction currently exists, but why is "Winner Pays the Import Tax" not an option please Tom's?
