Bought a high yield toner for Brother printer on eBay. Been using it for quite a few months. Only about a month ago it started to print out blotches on one side of the paper on equal intervals. They are about 0.5 inch or 1 cm in diameter. When I take out the toner from the toner assembly, there are toner powders deposited on one side, the side where the blotches come from. After almost every print I have to take out the toner and clean the deposited toner ink powder with a paint brush.
I've tried cleaning the drum (not a part of the toner, but part of the toner assembly) a bunch of times without much success. However, I don't think the toner drum is responsible for the powder deposit, but I may be wrong.
What can I do to remedy this?
