So i have a habbit on cleaning everything like a maniac. The first thing i do when i turn on my pc is reset dns cache, check windows update, use disk cleanup, clear %temp% / temp file, clear storage ,do manually system maintenance, and check for all other drivers. Is this bad for overall performance of the system and ssd ?

Solution
There is so much confusing crap going on with SSDs it gets me scared, are they such vulnerable devices ? I got new one for like 3-4 months (Samsung 860 evo) now and i already have 2TB written even though i literally do nothing besides cleaning stuff up and playing two games. How many years it takes for an SSD to become useless ....approximately ?Also, isnt Disk Cleanup good for SSD because it gets rid of unnecessary old stuff that increases space which also slows down SSD.
Most ssd's have overhead space so that them being full doesn't slow them down. say how a 512gig ssd might actually only have 480gigs exposed, but actually will have 512gig soldered on it. Disk cleanup doesn't do much actually.

"How many years it takes for an SSD...
Not in a meaningful way.

SSDs do die over time, especially when you delete and rewrite on them lots of times. This is called "write endurance" and should be listed in your ssd's manufacturer's page.
But, the numbers there are way too big for your daily deletion of a file to care.

Depends on how much you write and overwrite it.
Check on samsungs site how many TB they think it will be able to survive deleting and re-writing. I think it's a couple thousands probably.

Hm,for samsung 860 evo 500gb its ONLY 150TBW....a couple thousands you sure ? 😀 or im missing something here.

There is absolutely no reason to do any of that stuff that you do that’s just you being paranoid I wouldn’t even do that to a hard drive

I don’t EVER do any of that. This is a perfect example of someone that is OCD. You probably won’t damage it or where it out you’re just wasting your time on useless stuff that isn’t buying you anything

Why the repeat question?

And as said in your previous question, your making the thing slower overall. Temp files exist for a reason.

It’s not a weird habit it’s called OCD obsessive compulsive disorder and it’s a mental disorder. Probably affects more than just your personal computer in your life. You should ideally be seeking professional help for that issue if you want to relieve this
