Question too much ram usage

i have a laptop its config is
intel I7 8 th gen
nvidea1050ti
8gb ram
128gb ssd
1tb hdd

but its ram is beng used more than 60 %
what can doo to solve this

~4.5 to 5GB used is not a problem. Why would you think so?

Memory not in use is wasted memory.
