Step 1 - For those of you who do not know the task bar is the bar normally at the bottom of the screen, that you see the programs you have open listed.
This is where programs reside when minimized, and also from the task bar programs can be maximized. This can be done by right clicking on the program or internet window, and selecting minimize or maximize.
Step 2 - To move the task bar, down to be off of the screen scroll your mouse, just to the top o the task bar, and it should then turn into a double black arrow, once that arrow appears, then move the mouse down. This will move the taskbar off the screen. To bring it back, up scroll to the bottom where you subdued the task bar the same arrow will appear and now scroll up with the mouse.
Step 3 - To move the task bar to the right hand side of the screen, simply take your mouse cursor, left click on the mouse button and hold, and drag the task bar to the left hand side it will adjust accordingly. Now the taskbar is on the right hand side of the screen, and it can also still be minimized using the above steps.
Step 4 - To move from bottom to top or from the right hand side to the top, simply take your mouse cursor over the task bar, and move it to the top of the screen until it resets itself it is now at the top of the screen. You can then again take it off the screen by going just to the edge, until it shows the black arrow then move the moue to scroll the task bar off the screen.
Step 5 - Again same process drag the task bar to the left hand side o the screen until it resets and now the task bar is on the left hand side, to bring it back down to the bottom, you can then, simply drag it back to the bottom and it will reset at the bottom like nothing had changed.
I hope this helps!
