My Radeon HD 7970 just gave up the ghost and the main recommendation to replace it was the GTX 1660 Ti.
A little bit of research led to a lot of advice that you should just buy a 1660 Super because it's only fractionally lower performance. But I was wondering, when MSI's top of the range GTX 1660 Super is £10 more than a mid range GTX 1660 Ti offering from ASUS, which is better?
Specifically these two:

Will I even notice a difference between the two? Will it mainly just be a difference between power usage and fan volume? I can compare numbers as well as the next person, but I don't know how significant a difference of 1536 to 1408 cores or 1830 to 1875 boost clock is. Additional info, my display is 1920 x 1200 and I'm not sure about overclocking but I might have a play (I like the sound of MSI's OC Scanner being automated).
Pretty sure the difference will be mostly insignificant, but I'd like to hear what people who actually understand these things think.
Thanks for satisfying my curiosity
