Top or rear exhaust?

Ok so right now i have my fan on the rear. I was wondering if it would be better to put it above the cpu instead of the rear. Which is better?

Both are fine, you want to exhaust air out the back or/and top.

My Cpu wil cool down quicker if i put the fan above it right? I plan on getting another one for the back anyway

Heat naturally flows up so on top is good.

Will anything get hotter if i move it from the rear to the top?
