Top PCI-E slot doesn't work

Hello,

I'm using:
Motherboard - Asus Z370 Pro4
GPU - Crossfire 2x Radeon HD7870
PSU - Corsair CX750M
CPU - I5 8400
Ram - 2x Corsair DDR4 3000 MHz 8gb

I have a problem with my top PCI-E. When I turned my pc on after like a week being off I had no video. After an investigation, I've noticed that my only top GPU wasn't working. So I've started to swap them around and still top one doesn't work. The fan is spinning but no video. I assume that there is a problem with the motherboard. Any ideas how to fix it?

Have you tried removing all GPUs except the one in the top slot?

As for Fixing it, no its not easily user serviceable, if the slot is the issue. Time to call ASUS for warranty repair.
