Question Torrent

Whenever I try to download a torrent file (either via a magnet link or torrent file) , the file gets converted into a 1.29GB file with .exe extension.
like whether I try to download LOKI or any file .I have screenshots if anyone is willing to help.I am unable to upload here
. I have tried all torrent clients namely μtorrent , bit torrent ,vuze , flud and idk what else.
I am using torrent since 2013 and this is the first time its happening.
Yes , ihave tried uninstalling and installing.
Any leads will be helpful

any file i try to download be it a movie or tv show or a game ..anything just gets converted into a single .exe file of size 1.29 GB.

yes.
it started happening in my last system and i purchased a new laptop in dec 2021 and its happening in it too...super weird..what to do!
