Toshiba 2TB internal harddrive

Need help and please kindly provide detailed steps on how to best reformat the entire drive using Windows 10.
My computer specifications:
1. Intel Core i7 3.40Ghz
2. 16 GB RAM
3. 64 bit OS
4. Windows 10 Pro

I already tried using the disk management steps but got stuck in formatting status for more than 48 hours!

This is only used as an internal data drive. Operating system drive is 128 Gb SSD. Looking forward to helpful and prompt response to this inquiry.

Try this: http://www.pcdisk.com/download.html delete all partitions and make new one formatted to NTFS.
