Device Mgr shows as DMI External HDD USB Device. Toshibas web site indicates that win10 provides their drivers. Ideas appreciated.

Solution popatim Jan 30, 2020 You're external usb drive enclosure, dock,... is not compatible with drives larger the 2tb it seems.
