I was using my L50B laptop normally, with the USB card reader plugged into the USB 3.0
port on the left side. One day, I accidentally inserted the card reader into the USB 2.0 port
instead. Suddenly, the laptop shut down abruptly, as if it were unplugged from the wall,
even though the battery was fine. Since that incident, I haven't been able to turn the laptop
on. When I try to power it up, the Num Lock LED lights up, and a white LED on the edge of
the keyboard blinks as it u ually does, but I don't hear the fan spinning. The system won't
start, and the BIOS doesn't isplay anything. 11m not very knowledgeable about this, and I
really hope it's not a serious issue or that there's something I can do to fix it. It was such a
great laptop.

1. This sounds like a serious condition.
