Toshiba Laptop Booting

Toshiba Laptops with "secure boot"
Not able to "actually" boot from USB or DVD
(stumbled around and found the answer...)
BIOS
SECURITY
Change mode from user to MASTER + USER
Change Secure Boot from enabled to DISABLED

The only way i received even a hint of a fix is from TOMS
Found a lot of "close" answers, knew it was secure boot.
So... I went to SECURITY OPTIONS
