Toshiba laptop fan, replaced it once already

edit: looking for another fan, one that wont burn up.

Any ideas why I would need to replace it again? Just did it??.. last year, about.
Better yet perhaps a better one to source. Since it just quit again. Not certain why the fan died again, but nevertheless need another one.

since i didnt get any response just ordered onefrom newegg. They are so cheap, washopingthere was a better solution than a $12 fan.
