Toshiba laptop installation loop

I recently bought a 2015, 15 inch Toshiba laptop. The laptop was working great until it started to take long and longer to boot up. I tried solving the problem by doing a complete reset of the laptop, wiping it clean. The problem starts when I accidently restarted the laptop during the installation process, and now it's stuck in restarting loop. It says, (the installation process was interrupted please reboot laptop) is there anyway to fix problem without going to a repair shop? Any help will me much appreciated.
