Hi,
My Toshiba Laptop wont boot. It come on and hangs at the starting windows screen then goes into start-up repair and I get a message that windows cannot fix the problem. I tried booting up in safe mode but it goes straight into start-up repair again with the message window cannot fix the problem. I do not have a windows 7 CD to boot from, is there any way to fix this?
Please help!!
Thanks

Solution
Provided it's not a hardware issue, you can fix it by running Factory Recovery but be warned that this will overwrite any files you have saved on the hard drive, so hopefully you have been sensible and have already backed them up.

To start Factory Recovery:

1. Turn off your laptop.
2. Press & hold down the '0' (zero) key
3. Turn on your laptop

Keep the '0' key depressed until Factory Recovery screen appears.
